I was curious if you could estimate the construction cost of your renovation (not counting audio/video components) and hours put in. Once again you did a marvelous job.

It cost me a little over $5000.00 dollars to do the entire project. Some of that went towards labor for a few friends who helped me sheet rock and mud.

This summer it wasn't too bad. I had an A/C running and it was VERY COMFORTABLE. As far as the winter this will be the first. Right now it is 47 degrees outside and the temp in here is 70. We have the baseboard heat although I haven't used it yet. The coldest it has gotten here so far was 37 the other night.
