Default Sony HDTV Replacement Bulb

Hello there

I haven't been on here for a long time but until now I'm having just one minor issue with my Sony HDTV KDF-55XS955 60"

Until now the screen is starting to get dark, so my only thought is the lamp. So I went to Andersons TV store and they told me its easy to replace it but I had to buy it off from Sony website because they dont have it. So I purchased the replacment lamp (XL-2200) and today I decided to work on it myself but after removing few panels I notice that its too much to handle and the lamp is all the way behind inside the HDTV, never thought it would be this complicated sense they told me its easy to replace. Now I'm sure there are a few memebers here have done it themselves so do any of you have have step by step guidelines or is it easier to have a tech do it. Here are some photos I've taken, the 2nd photo below shows where the Lamp is located... u can see right behind between the two red wires, I can't seem to figure out how to get it out. I feel if I keep going just pulling wires and components out I feel like I might brake it myself.

Any info I'd appreciated and thanks in advance....

You shouldn't have to pull the entire back off of the TV. There must be an access door or panel somewhere on that TV. Go to www.discount-merchant.com and view the projection lamp replacement videos. They are step by step for various models of TV's.
