Panasonic HDC-SD5 - transfer movies from camcorder to computer

Hello,

Transferring movies from camcorder to computer using USB cable is possible only when camcorder is connected to AC adaptor.

Is there any trick to transfer when camcorder runs on battery?

Hi,

I'm pretty sure that if you get yourself a SDHC reader then you can just drag and drop the files directly onto your computer direct from the SDHC card.

MOF, with the SDHC card reader plugs into your computer via USB port, you can use HD Writer 2.0 program to access and perform any task with the card likes you did with the SD5/DVDWriter.
