I've looked around the web quite a bit trying to resolve the problem here, but nothing seems to give an answer. The problem I have is that I can view other people's footage from this camera over the web and it looks gorgeous. Whether it's screens of their footage, or actual footage. The picture is exactly how it should be, sharp and vibrant. I say this, because I keep reading people talking about "you need to calibrate your camera LCD to your computer monitor" etc. etc., well obviously it's not my computer monitor that has the issue, considering the fact that I can view OTHER people's footage and it looks beautiful on my screen. But when I throw on my unedited footage it just comes out lackluster. I mean, it's not bad, but it's definitely not as good as what I've seen online. And there's no comparison to how it looks on an HDTV. I'll post up screens of some different shots later.
If I could post links, I would link a picture that really shows off what the hf200 is capable of....
