Samsung LE32B450C4 calibration

Hi folks

I've just bought this tv and have no idea how to calibrate the picture properly. I've been messing about with the settings but it still doesn't look right.

Has anyone got this model and if so could you let me know what settings you are using?

The only settings that will work correctly for YOUR TV in YOUR environment are the ones you choose. Get yourself a calibration disc like Avia, DVE or Spears and Munsil from amazon.com and calibrate away...
