That's awesome! I've recieved $150 for the 3 players I've bought now. I got my Best Buy card last week. And now I can look forward to my Amazon card!

What idiot could still say the format war was a bad thing? It's been the best thing ever for us consumers!!

Still doesn't make their $700 A35 worth it

I don't own any HD DVD players from Amazon, but that's a score for you bruce! That'll let you add another 15 or so to the collection

I bought 2 A3's for gifts (and the free movies), an A2 and an add-on. Amazon rules!

I only get $50 from Best Buy (I should get $100 but they say I bought the A1 'too early'

), but I buy from Amazon anyway and unlike Best Buy I can buy more HD DVDs with it! I'm so stoked!

Yeah, I have a nice queue of movies in my 'saved for later' cart. I've been concentrating on getting the imports because I think they'll be unavailable first, so I have some catching up to do on domestic titles.

Congrats Bruce and all!!! I purchased my add on and XA2 from Amazon third party Sellers so nothing for me, but still satisfied none the less. Although I do love amazon for this, they clearly have the best deal in place even though they might be following the lead of other manufacturers.

The war was a great thing. If it were still running strong, I'd probably be dual format by summer. But, it is not and BD player prices have bumped up...
