amazon has it for $230 shipped with 5 free hd's. if you do the 5% glitch you can get this player w/ 5 free for $218 shipped. Not bad getting the best upconvert player for that much and then buying a Ps3from sonystyle for bluray. if you sign up for a sony credit card you get $1oo off. you just have to do a little

blu ray player (ps3) $399+tax
or
$399 W/free ship. +$100 credit + 5% +no tax= $275 to the door

hd dvd player(a35) $299+tax
or
$230 w/ free ship. + 5% +no tax= $218 to the door

so.... less than $500 the best of both world's.
