This little flick was forgotten at the theatres, and for the most part just faded away. However I for one loved it, the story was good enough to keep me entertained and the characters were alittle flawed but overall it was quite good. The video was FLAWLESS!!!, this is a shining star in the cap of paramount cause lemme tell ya, DAMN! The audio side is just as spectacular with full rich sound and surround effects that make ya just duck for cover! Its got a minimal amount of violence but that mature themes still make it a title ya may wanna watch first before showin it the the kiddies. The extras weren't bad but could and should have been so much better. ahh well, sky captain and this are both some awsome flicka.

This was my first Netflix HD DVD rental last fall. Because of, ahem, Charlize Theron, who has the most beautiful face in cinema.

I found it an enjoyable pseudo-Orwellian sci-fi movie. Nothing great, but not bad. Kind of had some Logan's Run elements in there, too.

The scene where Charlize is alone in her apt. and walks around in that slinky little outfit (I don't know what to call it, but it barely covered anything) was pretty amazing. Sleek. She's no Scarlett Johansson from the neck down, but then again, who is?

I think GLOW will like that scene as much as I did.

I think you should just rent a HD DVD porno and be done with it.

It seems like the only thing you take away from the last couple of movies is the female star's attire and how skimpy it is.

I agree. This movie has not gotten the attention it deserves. Im not sure why either....It was a pretty popular animated series on MTV before being made into Live Action. And Charlese T. to boot! OMG. The FX were pretty slick too.

I give it a definite must have on my list.
