not sure if this is the best place for this question, or even the right website
so i've downloaded a few different video converters to convert some movies i've downloaded in hd. the movie is an M2TS file. so need to convert it to use it and stream it to my xbox. but all the video converters i've downloaded are RAR files. which means they are compressed right? how do i change them so i can use them?
