Default Microsoft is buying 3DV Systems and its motion-detection technology

Microsoft has bought 3DV Systems, a company that makes motion-detection technology, for $35 million.

You can expect that the motion-detection technology will be implemented into the Xbox 360 in the nearby future.

Hmmmm, wonder if this will be revised into a new SKU for next Christmas. I think they're probably too late to the party to do anything against the Wii this generation now. Complete integration into their next console however would lead to a very interesting scenario against Nintendo, especially with Sony rumoured to be going down the same route for the PS4.

It could be a success if they would bundle it with a killer game like a new Halo, or Dead or Alive.

Wrong section but... you can either format/reinstall a legit copy of windows you already own, or you can call Microsoft and report that you received a pirated copy. They usually will help people out by offering them a legit copy at reduced prices.

There are *other* workarounds but probably too complicated to go through here, those are your simplest choices.
