Hmm I really thought a $200 360 would be selling alot. Could the RROD debacle caused this?

Doubtful, I think market saturation coupled with no games considered 'system sellers' accounts for slower increases. PS3 took longer to come down in price, and games have been slower coming....so I think PS3 will continue to gain ground on the 360, but thats because of pricing and games...not a reflection of reliability.

What $200 360?

Arcade is $279, Pro 20 is $299 (which is practically sold out everywhere I've been), Pro 60 is $349, and Elite is still $449...

The $199 Arcade, $299 Pro 60, and $399 Elite are rumoured to land in early September.

I was gonna say, no price cut has take effect yet has it?

Interesting though, all "early indications" were stating the 360 had comfortably outsold the PS3 in July.

For seemingly the same reason I decided to take the plunge when that Dell deal came through. Tales of Vesperia. I love the tales series. And a lot of people in Japan do to apparently.

I tried the demo of tales of vesp...wow was that game boring... I am interested in square's infinite undiscovery tho. The clips I saw were pretty nice.

Hey I am fair and balanced when it comes to gaming... I enjoy RPG and adventure games, as long as they are not too soft, and no plumbers
