Default Anyone try Ninja Gaiden DS yet?

I'm looking for something to play other than Tetris when I'm on the train everyday.

Also, I'm not trying to troll here but the DS sucks for games. It's almost as bad as the Wii. I can't find any good games to buy. It's a good thing I have Tetris, Brain Age, and Brain Age 2 (which isn't even that good, btw) since their replayability is extremely high.

I should probably just start reading a book instead.

Nah, I'm not a big fan of handhelds (screen is too damn small). The only reason I have a DS is because my co-worker gave it to me for a deal that was too good to pass up.

If I ever buy a PSP it will be for PS3 connectivity and God of War and maybe a couple other games.

What do you do when you're sitting on a train? There's not much to do other than listen to your iPod and people watch. Maybe read a newspaper.

I've noticed a lot of the hot yuppie chicks read romance novels but that's not really my thing.

Damn I wish I could commute on a train, that sounds like fun.. Here in AZ we dont have any of that, we are getting a light rail that should be up and running either end of this year or early next.. Az is too damn reliant on cars for everything, our bus system sucks as does every other option for alternate transportation.

As for Phantom Hourglass it is a DS game and it got an average review of 9 or higher

That looks cool and I love Zelda games. Thanks for pointing it out, I'll have to give it a rent and try it out.

I'm a lot like you GLOW. I have a DS but I'm not a huge fan of handheld games so it mostly sits idle. That said there are a few games that have been pretty good.

Zelda is one of the better ones. I'll check out my games tonight and let you know what they are. For some reason I just can't think of any of them at the moment.

OH! The New Super Mario Bros on the DS is pretty good... Its a classic Mario adventure in the style of the SNES version.

I have New Super Mario Bros or whatever the DS version is called, got it with the DS. I remember beating the original Gameboy Mario game but this one just kicked my ass. I had to give up or I would've chucked my DS on the ground in anger. Maybe I'm losing my touch. I used to be pretty good at Mario games when I was a kid...

Oh I totally forgot!

Meteos!

Best puzzle game on the DS hands down. Its a bit like Tetris but you actually launch your blocks over to your opponent. Its a lot of fun.

Another one!

Pheonix Wright Ace Attorney.

It's an odd game, but a good puzzle game. You are basically a lawyer and you have to figure out using the right evidence and clues how to convict the person you are prosecuting. Probably one of my favorite games on the DS.
