meh. The m16 is so common you should be able to easily find additional ammo laying around.... :shrug:

while that may be true (M16 uses M4 and G36 ammo), i always seem to get it when i don't need it and not get it when i do. last night i was on a 15 kill streak and was down to about 85 total rounds (in my gun plus spare) and didn't find any. it really depends on who your playing with/against.

on an unrelated note, a few buddies and i played some private matches on Shipment (the really tiny map) first using just pistols, then just 50 cal's. really fun if your looking to just joke around.

not only that, but when you start running down of ammo, you start to worry about "shit i gotta find a dead body that has ammo for me" .. once you start to worry about that you lose focus on the actual game, a.k.a. your dead cause your to busy trying to look for ammo rather then trying to find the enemy and destroy the enemy or defend your base or something

what pistols do you guys use? i was experimenting with a friend last night, and each one with stopping power takes two shots to the chest to kill. i'm now going with the M9 on all my classes because it has the largest ammo clip. screw the Desert Eagle.

desert eagle sucks, i forgot which one i use.. i think its the 2nd one down from the list of pistols..

One time we got like 7 or 8 people in on a private match in the shipment map and we were doin the same thing. Pistols only, knives only. The best one we did was RPGs & flash grenades only, and when you ran out of rockets you had to use your pistol. It was hilarious.

we actually did a RPG only one as well. so fun.
