Search and Destroy. You get 50 points per kill and if you have it unlocked, there are challeneges to kill the bomb planter, diffuse the bomb, be the last one standing. They are only one time challenges, but it gives you nice points. Also, even if you don't kill anyone and last a little bit, you usually get a match bonus for each round.

For a ton of kills, go to Head Quarters.

i play strictly team death match. speaking of i'm about to jump on and play some cod4.

so im starting to use submachine guns.. got the red dot for the mp5 and ak74u.. damn those guns are hard to use.. very short range and not that powerful... i cant get good accuracy with them either..

Try not holding down the trigger and spraying at the opponents.. Use quick pulls of the trigger to shoot in short controlled bursts.. that oughta up your accuracy some..

Only time I just start spraying w/ those guns is if someone sneaks up on me and is right in front of my face.. and that's only cuz I do it w/out thinking.

Also make sure you're completing the challenges w/ the different guns.. easy way to bang out a good bit of XP

Anybody know when they added the mercernary modes and added some maps to the Team Deathmatches...

There's new maps!?!? I played on Monday and didn't see that stuff, so it musta been yesterday (Tuesday)

Sweet! Now I'm amped to get some game time in tonight.

there was a patch update for COD4 but it didnt add any new maps or anything, not that i know of.. the game has 16 online maps

I'm a 16(I got the game 3 day's ago). I use the M16A4 with red dot, 3x stun grenades, stopping power, and deeper penetration.

My daughter noticed the Mercernary game yesterday & we thought it was something we unlocked.
Do you know what maps was added as I played for a long time yesterday & never seen nothing different.

Perks;
Bandoiler, Overkill, Martydom(still the funnest way to kill someone)

Also I tried using the Dragonuv Sniper the other day with the perk Deep Impact & I was blasting guys right thru the wall from a LONG distance. I thought it was pretty cool. Can't wait to try it when I unlock the .50 cal again

I also used the Desert Eagle yesterday & that pistol is a beast!!! I hadn't even used it the first two time thru the game, so I am glad I tried it now.

Each time you go thru they should let you keep one gun or perk that you opened as a reward for making it to level 55. As this time I'm thinking about staying at 55 for awhile & playing with all the stuff I played so hard to get for awhile, unless I find out there is a special reward for going thru it like 10 times or something, as I hate playing without the Bandoiler perk.
