The Wii will fade? Hell the PS3 hasnt already just faded, it's burned out. The XBOX 720 will be on the shelves by the time the PS3 shows any real life.

As for sales sony has had alot of loss since launch, but nintendo is 6mill worldwide and all returns are being counted, where as sony has not been 100% honest on total units sold in the Usa,Japan has been steady with 300 thousand units world wide on a weekly basis.ill get you guys the a link for the weekly sales reports from import news weekly, you would be amazed to find out that the gamecube still sells at least 15 units a week to date.and ps2 85 thousand .not bad for last gen consoles.Nintendo will lose momentum as soon as the consumers get tired of the wiimote.Microsoft still yet has to get any japanese hold due to lack of good titles,Blue demon sold 1.5 mill units the first month of release. With a strong Roleplay following in asia Microsoft is trying to remedy.

The PS3 is just starting an uphill climb, sure it's not even close to the 360 or the Wii and probably never will be, but saying it burned out already just makes you look like a jackass. Judging from your posts on this forum so far, that's probably your intention- to look like a jackass. |

Well the main points of what this guy predicted 7 months ago didn't come true.. Right now in the US the PS3 lags behind the PS2, 360, and Wii as well as most of the handhelds. Xbox live far outshines any free service Sony offers and essentially the whole Blu Ray vs HD DVD war is a stalemate. But of course this person has a giant financial interest in the PS3 doing well so certainly he will do what he can to promote it.

I can see why people think the Wii-mote is a gimmick, but I do believe it is a crucial step toward future gaming. Immersion is an important aspect of gaming as it comes closer and closer to reality, and the Wii-mote creates a measure of immersion that the other consoles don't. Of course the other consoles have the advantage of graphics that look more real, but the Wii-mote is the greater step in the evolution of gaming.
