OT: New Phone

I'll defiantly will be getting the the Atrix HD, it's pretty amazing. My girl is getting mad at me because I won't give it back to her lol. I know mase was saying Motorola phones suck and I'm sure it's because he had a bad one, that's how I feel about HTC. After a Fucken lousy firmware update they sent out to my inspire 4g it was a Glitch-fest and I pretty much swore off HTC because of that.

I've meant to update that thread but keep forgetting too. Things have gotten Much better for them. Still struggling a bit but me and my girl help as much as possible (babysitting and extra cash here and there). This year will be much better for them, he works his ass off and has been submitting his resume trying to find a better paying job then the one he has. I sold my 50 inch plasma so I could surprise his kids with a xbox kinect 250 gig bundle, 4 games, a couple extra controllers, two 3 month live cards, Live headset and 2000 MS points for christmas. His kids are awesome and I love that my kids hang out with them. His son helped my son's grades improve drastically

Thank you, It meant a lot to me to do that. His kids and himself are very good people, They are respectful and polite. They deserve it.
Like I said, It was something I really wanted to do. I was telling you earlier that I wanted to something special for his son, You kinda talked me out of getting a PS vita for him plus it wouldn't have been fair to the other kids so I figured the Xbox bundle would be a great family gift. It kinda sucked to sell that plasma TV, It was a 50 inch 3D TV too. Its only a TV though and I'll get another one. Without selling it I couldn't have done much and I really really wanted to do this for them. Its fun watching my son play on Live with his kids and talking on the head set with them

Wow... You're a special kind of person. I know I came down on you in that charity thread, but I can't let that kind of act of selflessness go unnoticed. It's rare that people do things out of the goodness of their own hearts and at personal sacrifice. I consider myself a very good Samaritan and would do a lot for my fellow man. I'm certainly not selling my TV to help them though.

I didn't really think you came down on me in that thread, everyone has their views when it comes to giving. I'm not gonna lie, selling that tv sucked and I wouldn't have done it for just anyone. It was only a tv and wasn't my only tv, honestly I wish I could have added that plasma to the whole package. They have an old ass tv and a nice new plasma woulda been sweet.

OK so here's my update. I pulled the trigger and got the Motorola Atrix HD. This is a fantastic phone so far and its a massive upgrade over the HTC Inspire I had. I can't believe how much faster at everything this phone is over my Inspire. I have 30 days to return it if I don't like it but so far so good
Also, this 4.5 screen at 1280x720 is beautiful
