Let me start off by saying I was very hesitant at first to shell out 1200 points for this game based on the fact that it seemed to reek simplicity.
However, everything is very suspensful, and it reminds of of old platforming back in the day. Not terribly difficult, but well thought out. you old schoolers remember Out of this World (a.k.a Another World)? Reminded me a little of that. Super creepy and eery feeling to it as you move about. (especially in a darkened room). I'm only about 30 minutes in at this point and there are plenty of easter eggs (literally) to keep you entertained. Highly reccomend this game as it proves you don't need tons of needless cut scenes, dialogue and fancy graphics to tell a great story. Very film noir.

1200 Allards is a barrier that not many XBLA games can break.
I have a hard enough time swallowing 800 Allards for most of the stuff in that range. |

My girlfriend and I have been discussing Limbo a lot recently.
Like, how many levels of sleep was DiCaprio in when he met up with the Chinese guy there? Were there two stages of Limbo or what? How did DiCaprio know he had been in Limbo for so long but his wife didn't realize it? We might have to go see it again instead of just waiting for a BD release... Oh, wait...this is about some game.

I downloaded the demo.... It's fun. And I love the look and feel of it. But yeah, I'm not going to shell out 1200 MS points for it. Saving that for the new Castlevania. If/when Limbo goes on sale, then maybe.
