I just got $40 for my 360 copy of Borderlands over the weekend and $10 for my copy of Devil May Cry 4 (last time I tried to trade it, it was only worth $2.50, lol). So these payed for my PC copy of BFBC2.

anyone know what the trade in value is for Call of Duty MW2. im thinking of getting Metro 2033 and now that battlefield 2 is my #1 shooter i know i will not play CODMW2 anymore.

I traded MW2 in on BFBC2's release date and got a total of like $42 for it or something around there.

Actually, I talked to Eck about it that night, and whatever he said he got for his I remember its what I got for mine. So maybe he can give you the exact amount.

It was definitely worth it, too. I knew having two shooters was going to be pointless for me, personally. And now that I've played BF2, I could never see myself going back to MW2, so it was totally the right thing to do by trading it in. I got max value for a game I'd never touch again, even with the DLC coming out.

the only reason i held on to mine was my friends wanted me to play with them every no and then. Now i know i dont really care to go back. if they cant join me in BFBC2 then F them. this game is SAWEET !!!

I feel the same.. Even when I traded it in I figured I wouldn't play, but then after I did play BF I KNEW for sure I made the right decision.. I think I got like 38.50 for it or something?

That's about what I got for MW2, I'm done with that game. And unless Treyarch/whoever comes with some serious extra's next time around I won't be picking it up.

Word.. I'm feeling the same way.
They need to take these games back to the roots or they're done.
But instead, now they want to make COD MMO's and shit. Have fun running your franchise into the ground guys.

for me, im only going to play Treyarch version of Call of Duty. they do a much better job at map creation and keeping things balanced. i like going back into time and being placed in the Wars that our country fought in so im looking forward to going to Veitnam. im sick of the desert and city streets that Call of Duty keeps putting out.

The series is over. Infinity Ward isn't making them anymore (Activison owns the IW brand so they could still slap the logo on the new games if they wanted).

No Treyarch COD MP comes close to the Star Wars Galactic Warfare mod for COD4. And it was made by unpaid modders and released for free.
