I have to question if he is legit... Only because the release date of this game is Nov. 10th, 2009. I have it pre-ordered at Gamestop and they are doing a midnight release.

So how is it that this guy has them already and is able to ship them today?

Notice it says SHIP DATE NOV. 4TH. However in their description it says RELEASE DATE NOV. 10TH.

For the Xbox360 version they are selling it doesn't say SHIP NOV. 4TH. It just has the release date where the PS3 has it. Which BTW is NOV. 10TH, 2009.

There's no doubt he is a reputable seller, but I'd be leery about playing it that far ahead of release date...especially online.

Yeah... that wouldn't be the first time consoles were banned for the practice. Didn't that happen recently with another game?

Probably because like most vendors he has/will have them on hand before the actual release date... he's just breaking the rules is all (also like some other vendors)

Not that I recall. MS was banning people for playing pirated copies early, but they also stated that they could tell the difference between a pirated copy and legitimate copy that was just sold early and people that had a legit though early copy would not get banned.

so...I'll be picking my prestige up for 120 bucks

Double check that man. I have thier VIP membership, and it allows 20% ONLY on the day of your B-day. Also, it is only 10% off for me. How'd you get 15%?

OOPs your right..10%,now all the emplyoees at my FYE says it's the week of my bday...the FAQ's just say bday....so I guess i'll have to check...reguardless..the nearest one to me is an hour....I'll pick it up on my bday so I'll still get my 20%. Can't get into it until tomorrow, but the little messing around I did, I have to say WOW.
I played the PC version of Call of Duty 4 fully maxed at 1920 x 1080 and this rivals that, no lie guys.
You can certainly see a differance here and there, but none the less impressive.

It also runs at 1080p natively, no more of the turning off 720p if you want the "full HD".

Needless to say, I can't wait until I can dive into this starting tomorrow.

Oh...it will be sweet
