20GBs? Holy cow! What kind of textures is this game full of?

I guess I'll have to clear some content on the server if I were to get this one (GF wants it, I'm still not enticed.)

If I ever get my student loan... I'm getting myself a nice PC gaming rig this looks like a game that needs to be played on a PC. Review on Kotaku says the console versions plod along at about 20fps *BLEH!* when not much is happening and drop when theres something going on.

Does Dragon Age support any kind of CO-OP?

My GF and I are looking into a Hack and Slash CO-OP romp. We rented a second copy of Demon's Soul but the multiplayer in that game is almost hit and miss. Wish it had an invite feature or something.

Just hide your blue phantom somewhere... it's not that hard really.

And when your partner dies? It isn't like most CO-OP romps where you can rez them, or get yourself killed and start the fight over.

Unless I'm doing something wrong. I thought if you use those items they get consumed.

You are lucky you have a girl into that stuff dood.

L4D2 comes to mind. On a sidenote, anyone have any new news on Diablo III? Seems to sit around for years in development.

Yeah, it makes it easy to spend quality time together. She's the GM of my WoW guild haha.

We played the shit out of L4D on the PC (on one account, hehe) but we want something other than WoW and an FPS. I think when we dip back into FPS' we'll be picking up Borderlands over L4D2.

Diablo III is too far out to even consider for a CO-OP hack and slash. I've tried to get her into PS:Mobile, but she doesn't like it that much haha. She's shown interested in Dragon Age, but I haven't. If it has CO-OP I'd just snag it. She's played games with me I had high interest in and she didn't (GoW/GoW2) return the favor.

Ok so 2 hours in and its awesome, I got it for the 360 and honestly the dial menu from holding LT is not a big deal.. If graphics, improved frame rate and isometric view are a deal breaker for you, I would say PC version for sure.. But the menus and inventory are not a game breaker and dont even take away from the flow of combat.. Soo console versions will be just fine, but if you have a nice gaming rig and dont want trophies or achievements, PC all the way..

20 GB

Bioware and EA aren't going to pay to license 3 discs from MS on anything less than a guaranteed smash.

EERRRRRGHGHHG AKJBDSKABSK!!!!

Damn you Amazon! I should be playing this RIGHT NOW!

Instead I'm goin to a friend's house to watch Star Trek (the new movie)... not even in Blu-ray!

This is all Amazon's fault!

I thought that movie didnt come out till 11/17

I have not seen it and cant wait to get my hands on it..

Ohh Dragon Age is awesome, although it is very linear and 6 hours in has not given me as much combat as I thought I would get, but then again im stuck on the story and not exploring as much as I could be..

Picked this up as my first PC game purchase since Everquest II was first released. Coincidently enough, there are alot of similarities in the menu, classes and skill trees. Great game so far. Lots of detail.

I can see this game being a huge time sink! Created an elf mage.

It's a studio copy.

Still though I would have rather played Dragon Age. That was my fourth time seeing it.

Sorry Rail but I dont think this game offers up any co-op what so ever... Its a really good RPG so far though and is a total bargain for how many hours you could put into this game.
