This is a waveform I captured on a food processing plant. They were having problems with VFD's burning up and we helped them fix the problem.

I'm not a techie, so bear with me. "VFD"??? Video- -Display??? And, am I looking at a nearly 400vac source? I don't understand... do video displays jack up & operate at those levels, or is that why they were burning out?
