Happy to be a Member, BUT...
Late last week I joined your forum and re-activated my very old account on the SatelliteGuys forum. I quickly saw the two are the same and I have not been back on SatelliteGuys since.
I used the same E-mail address, connected to both accounts, about 4 times a year. After signing in to both Forums, my Junk Mail is going crazy. Obviously, there are people on one or both sites that are collecting and probably selling E-Mail addresses which they can somehow access. It is sad state of affairs - but, I will live with it because I enjoy your Forum. Finnigan |

It would not have come from this site unless you allowed email addresses to be seen and did not disable contacting via email in your profile that you can change here:
http://www.highdefforum.com/profile.php?do=editoptions Uncheck the 3 check boxes under the receive email section. If they are already unchecked, then the spammers didn't get it from this site. I don't know about the other site though. If they are checked, uncheck them and eventually they will stop sending emails as long as you do not respond to any of them. Hope this helps & welcome!
