Probably not unless your face is 12" or closer to the screen.

According to this chart.....
5 feet is the best distance for 37 1080
well for me i think its very near.
correct me if i am wrong please.

Actually, the chart does not attempt to indicate the "best" distance for anything.

Also, according to the chart, 5 feet would be nearing the worst distance.
Meaning that the pq will appear better beyond 5 feet viewing distance;
and, at or closer than 5 feet would indicate an improvement by going to a higher resolution screen.
