Sharp Aquos LCD 37D62U

My remote doesn't come with the CC button that the manual says it should have.

I did find the options for CC in the manual but no way to turn it on.

Did you get the correct remote for the TV you bought? Did you get a display model or something where they just found you a remote for it?

There should be a picture of the remote that comes with the display and they should match. If they do not, I would call the store (or Sharp) and have them send you the correct remote for your TV.

That's what the problem is, the remote I have doesn't match the one in the picture. Weird. I will contact Sharp about it.

Never mind - I figured out the remote has flap at the bottom to get yet more options..

Don't you hate it when they hide those damn buttons. My Denon receiver has a lid that flips open on the back of the remote for a whole bunch of other options/buttons.
