Default LG 20" CADTV issue

New to this forum so don't know if this issue was raised before. I have a 20" LG that has a built in tuner. It has one for TV, DTV, CATV and CADTV. Under the CADTV portion all channels seem to work, except channel 4.1 which is the CBS station on my comcast cable. When you click on that channel it says "no signal" and the picture is blank. Not sure if this is a problem with the TV or cable company. Any suggestions? (when I called LG they said it was the cable company, when I called the cable company, they said it was the tv.)
