Phillips 37" LCD 37PFL5322D vs Samsung 32" LNT-3253H

I've been read previous posts and there doesn't seem to be alot on Phillips.. I'm looking into the Phillips 37" and the Samsung 32.. I like the size on the Phillips and wonder what feedback anyone has on the two.

The Phillips is a $100 more than the Samsung.. Besides size difference, which is more favorable?..

I am a manager at an electronics store and i would definately recommend staying away from anything phillips or magnavox. We went through 3 of last years 37" lcd displays in less than a month. They wouldn't power on at all! The samsung is a good tv, would also recommend panasonics 32" lcd. Also if you have the room I would you can get a good deal on 42" panasonic plasma for about the same price you are looking at with the other 2 tv's.
