Default JVC LT32E478 (Recall)

Has anyone here heard anything at all about JVC's recall on this 32" model?
JVC LT32E478

http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/JVC-3...oductDetail.do

I went last week to Circuit City's web site to see what they had in LCD T.V.'s and I liked what I read about this model, so I checked it all out on there.
I called them to see if they had ANY in stock, they said they had "3".
I was about to go to my nearest local store to see it in person, but I was also interested in an on-air antenna to HDTV, and they didn't have one, so I looked at another store online that is also close by.
This 'other' store had both, the T.V. and the antenna, so I called them to see if they had it in stock, and to ask some questions...
I get there, they have the T.V., but I am told that it's on recall, it'd be nice if they actually told their employees about it so I didn't have to drive there to find out, and also place it on their website.
I did quite a bit of research on this T.V., and I knew what to expect from it, and it actually had the best picture out of all of the T.V.'s that were on display.
I called the other store 'cause they say on their site they also have some, which made me curious...
They tell me over the phone that they have some in stock and I ask about the recall.
They say that they have dealt with that already, that the JVC's were removed from the store and replaced with the "good ones"...
I go there and tell the salesman that I am here to buy THIS T.V., he then goes to talk with his manager about the recall, since I am leery.
He comes back to say that they made a mistake, the ones online are still being counted as "good ones", so I made another trip for nothing...

So... Since I can't believe any of these guys, I was REALLY hoping that someone here knew something about this recall.
I didn't see anything at all about a recall on JVC's site, and I also Googled it too, and nothing.
This looks to be a really good T.V. with VERY good reviews, at a good price too, so I am looking forward to knowing more about all of this.

In case you aren't aware, I was told that the recall was about the power supply, it won't turn on, or at least some wouldn't.
(Oddly enough, the first salesman said he would sell me one although it was recalled, which ain't a good thing... heh)

Thanks, and sorry I was so long.

Supposedly, I now have the NEW JVC T.V. that I originally went in to get...
I have gone around and around with two different stores to get it, and hopefully they actually do know (this time) what they're talking about, as in, this is NOT a recall unit.
They went to another store and had it delivered within two hours, so that part went O.K., but actually, for what I had to go through, I at least needed that. heheh

Anyway, I like what I see in the JVC as of now, it's what I figured it was, I do see some 'small' issues, but overall, I believe this is the better of the THREE (yes, three) different brands of T.V.s' that I have had in a week.

So, if anyone is considering buying, or looking for a JVC like this, it's worth the money, but make sure that you are getting one that is AFTER the recall.
(They couldn't tell me at all if there was any way to know if it was post recall, you think they'd know, but if you knew the full story, you'd know why I don't trust them 100%)

I hope that my dilemma is over for now, I'd like to watch Lost tonight and relax. heheh
