Low Cost Digital Cable Ready Set?

I just learned that my local TWC office only charges $1.75/month for HDTV cable cards. We get over a dozen HDTV channels I am thinking about putting HDTV LCD panels in all of the bedrooms.

I'm looking at a 27" Toshiba (w/DVD) at buy.com for $1,399.00 and a 32" Philips at Costco for $1499.00, but I'd really like to find something cheaper -- even if it's a little smaller.

What are the lowest cost DCR LCD's out there?
