Olevia S32-S13 Firmware Update HELP (Invalid Format)

I have an Olevia S32-S13 TV, and when I plug in th HDMI cable for my Xbox 360, the screen reads only "Invalid Format" and I can't seem to get it to work at all. I read up on this issue and apparently a firmware update fixes the hdmi issues, but the company went under and there isn't much access to the firmwares, or the procedure for updating it. If any one has the newest firmware that will work for this TV I would GREATLY appreciate it as my new Xbox doesn't even work in HD!!

Well that's the problem, I can't do anything because as soon as I plug in the hdmi it goes blank, I can only use the RCA cables to connect to the tv, so it only has one available setting

If you can't find the firmware resolution, just use either VGA or component video. They will support HD up to 1080p (if your TV analog inputs do). Your TV is only 720p anyway so just connect it up and set it for that resolution. You will see no benifit whith HDMI. If you don't have a Xbox 360 component or VGA cable you can get them here for around $7.

and you're sure there is no way to update the firmware or apply any patch to the tv in order to allow hdmi from an Xbox to work? otherwise I guess I'll have to purchase the VGA component cable
