Looking for a small LCD, but must have built in HD tuner. Size 19 or 22 would be ok. I want the cheapest cause the TV will hardly ever be used. Thanks

There are a bunch of TV's in the 20-24'' range on amazon between $120-$190 shipped... Should be able to pick 1 out fairly easily I would think.
Here is a 22'' Vizio for $149.. The 19'' is about $30 cheaper. http://www.amazon.com/VIZIO-E221VA-2...s=22%27%27+LCD Walmart has a nice sale on a Toshiba 24'' LCD for $149 if online is not your thing and 24'' is not too big.. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Toshiba-24...L410U/16617615 There are some cheapo (Apex and Emerson) 19'' TV's with digital tuners at Walmart.com for $99 if ''cheapest" is the key..

I will only be using this with an antenna so I can get my locals (CBS HD, FOX HD, ABC HD, NBC HD). I need to make sure the TV i get supports HD from an antenna. Thanks

The 2 I linked have ATSC tuners in them. I believe if they say "HDTV", they must have a digital tuner in them. Just make sure it does not say monitor or display..

Exactly what I was goingto say -all HDTV must by gov't. regulation have a tuner otherwise they must be labeled as monitors or displays.

Be aware a budget hdtv ( very low cost ) is not going to have as good a tuner as you might like so it wont pickup as many stations with a given antenna.
