Default LG 32LE5500 Display problem

Hi

I own a LG 32LE5500, that's a 32'' LED TV.

Recently, a little bit of water spilled on the right corner. I cleaned everything with a lot of careful, but some little horizontal lines appeared around almost all the screen (the left side is almost free of these lines).

It's just visible from very close, watching anything from some distance it's a bit hard to notice this. However, the screen is not perfect.

I'm attaching a picute of the problem.

Anyone know exactly what is the problem? If it's fixable or I will need to buy another panel, etc?

Thanks in advance
R.
