Default Aquos LC-46D85UN+Dish VIP722k=picture too wide

I am not sure if it is that DVR receiver or the TV that is the problem.

When I view a HD program from my Dish VIP 722K on my Sharp Aquos LC-46D85UN, The picture is too wide and the sides are chopped off.

The view mode on the TV is dot by dot. It is connected with a HDMI cable.

The picture is fine with OTA and my DVD player.

I can't find any settings anywhere in any menus to fix it.

Where do I start?

I used to get a blue box on the screen sometimes about incompatible something or other but it went away to quick to read it all. I haven't seen that box for a while.

Did you try the Format button on the lower left of the remote? I had the same problem until I switched it to normal mode.
