Default HDMI inputs not working on Bravia 52-inch TV

My Sony PS3 has been working fine with my 52-inch Sony Bravia LCD TV (Model #KDL-52V5100) for over a year. Now suddenly, the TV has no video. It's not the PS3 (I tried the PS3 on another TV and it worked). It's not the HDMI cable (I switched them out). It's not the particular HDMI port, because I've tried three different HDMI ports on the same TV. In summary, my Sony Bravia TV has stopped being able to display anything (PS3, Xbox 360 or DVD player) connected to any of its HDMI ports, but the TV has no problem with other inputs, such as component from my cable box or A/V cables from a Wii. Could it mean that a digital video processor or processing board has died? All of the other inputs are analog and can be handled by a separate board, right? Iím hoping that I simply need to reset some setting and that I donít have a painful repair needed on such a TV thatís less than two years old...

I'm having the exact same problem. I'm going to call Sony support. I hope this is an easy fix.

Default

I'm having the same problem with my KDL-52V5100. My PS3 works in the Video 2 with low resolution [480i]. My PC works at [1920x1080/60Hz]. Satellite is at 1080i.

Default Same Problem

I also have a KDL-52V5100 Sony TV and the HDMI imputs just went out. I can still use the TV with other connections, just no HDMI Imput. Great job Sony, I think we have a problem here!!
