Default Sony Bravia 32" KDL-32BX300 Problem

Hey guys, I stumbled around here randomly. I hope I can find an answer to my problem. My Sony Bravia KDL 32BX300 recently started having fuzzy lines along with doubled images on the whole screen except for the top 1/6 section which is totally fine. I tried researching but I am just confusing myself so I took a video of the problem hoping I could get some help. The video doesnt show the top portion that works much but it is totally fine. Thats why I am optomistic that it is a relatively easy fix. Thanks

Heya Matty,

Found your post here doing random google search.

I have the exact same model and watched your youtube video and the exact same thing has happened to my set. I was wondering how things have been going for you with getting the issue resolved.

I got mine from Target. It was a floor model that I got for a pretty good price. But I really didn't need it at the time. It just sat in storage for the first 8 months that I had it. I only recently started using it and this problem started in about the 3 week I was finally using the set.

Hope you have had success finding a solution to the problem. Please let me know how it worked out for you.

Thanks!

I had a service client who had the same issue. Could be a buffer board issue or a panel issue. Hard to say without having the unit in front of me. I ended up getting a new panel for my client.

Are you under an extended warranty?

No extended warranty.

Where did you get the new panel? Wondering about the price for that.

Thanks,
