Default Can anybody recommend a good Plasma mount?

I'm looking for a mount with some up/down tilt ability and with minimum distance from the wall. And, of course, something reasonably inexpensive. I just bought a Panasonic TH-50PX50U and need to mount it on my wall.

Also, while we're at it, since I ordered the TV from Amazon I'm gonna have to get it installed separately. Best Buy has a $699 package to install it (incl. concealing speaker wires) but I was wondering if there were better options out there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I am sure even if your not a DIY person you can find a local handy man to do it a lot less. your only talking about mounting the hardware and running the wires.
