Default Panasonic Is Shipping

I got a call today from Panasonic that my V10 shipped out today.
So, for everybody that had a Panny on back order like me, your t.v. should have just shipped or is shipping soon.
Just thought I would share that bit of info.

Thanks for the post. It seems they have been in higher demand than Panasonic expected, so this is good news for many people.

Enjoy your new toy as I am sure you will.

You mind me asking when you ordered and what model you ordered? I ordered knowing full well the 54v10 was backordered but figured I could use your situation as a timing estimate. Thanks.

54" V10 and I ordered it on the 15th of November.
If I had ordered it a few days ago, it would have shipped immediately.

I just got my 54" V10 shipped!!
It's in my living room now and I'm about to set it up.
I have been using a 2005 model Panny 42" plasma since 2005, so I am very excited about the upgrade.
I am going to tune the picture as per the C-Net website for now, and of course I am going to make sure that the contrast and brightness is down to at least 50% for the first 200 hrs or so.
I also just got the S&M Bluray edition calibration disk that I will use after a couple of days or so.
