Default New Customer Question

2 of my TV's are giving me the message to do some type of setup with the remote, you are told to hold down "0" but then it says it doesn't recognize the remote or something to that effect. Everything continues to work, including the remote, when you select to cancel the process. Any advice on how to get the message to stop appearing at seemingly random times?

Edit: the two tv's giving the message are the "1" remotes on dual tuner receivers.

It might be regarding the remote address. If both remotes has same remote address.. it can control both tuners whihc can change channels on both tv. so u have read instructions in manual to change remote address for one of them to another address besides 1
