I have classic gold 250, plus my bill shows I pay for gold and platinum HD, yet Speed HD and FX HD show up in red as not part of my subscription.
Is there yet another charge to have those channels?

Thumbs up New HD

Pestilent - call Dish CSR and let them know. They'll send an authorization signal and you'll get the new channels.

Thanks for the quick reply!
I sort of figured that is what I would have to do, but before I made that dreaded call, I thought I'd shoot this question to the more knowledgeable people here.

Happy to see you FINALLY got the channel you've been asking for since forever!!

I think you've been asking for that for at least as long as those of us who have wanted our VOOM channels back!! Well, at least ONE group got what they wanted... I don't think the VOOM supporters will ever be so lucky...

Seriously though, glad you're stoked!!

Me too. I had to call DISH to get them to turn it on. After the reboot and program guide reload, it came right up.

Are you having the same problem as my first post in this thread?
If so, just call customer support and tell them to shoot an authorization to your reciever. Took less than a minute for my channels to come in after I called.
