How can anyone watch standard def?

External hard drive for 411
Ok, did I understand the last Chrlie Chat when they said you will soon be able to hook up an external hard drive to your 411 receiver and make it a DVR?
Will this be as simple as it sounds? I will be able to go out and purchase a hard drive, hook it up, and then be able to record? I assume they will make some software upgrade and this will allow it to record?? Maybe someone can explain this better to me. |

something like that... a $50 fee and you will be able to turn your reciever into a DVR reciever with an external harddrive. Not sure which recievers it will be though. I think they said late June early July...
