Default Signal Strength

What are some decent signal strengths that I should be receiving on my satellite's. I forget the exact satellite number but Im getting around 40 percent on 110 and 119, I don't know what I'm getting on 61.5. Should they be higher? I lost signal on one of them today for a few hours. I think my signal strength should be way higher. I do have a tech comming out this weekend. I've only been using dish for 28 days so I'm not to familiar with signal strength and satellite numbers.
thanks
Joe
