Ghosting HD-DVR Hard drive
Has anyone had any luck swapping out the hard drive on the HD receiver (921) with a larger one?
When I had DirectTV-TIVO I was able to remove the hard drive and ghost the contents onto another, larger hard drive and it was recognized and worked same as original drive, just larger capacity. Is this possible with the DISH DVRs? 25 hours of HD content seems a little light. Am looking to put in a 300-500 gig drive. Appreciate your help. Shane
