DISH Customer Retention number

Does anyone have the customer retention phone number for DISH?

Try an email to the ceo @ echostar . com ( but don't include spaces between the urls) for any problems that you can't solve with a regular tech or csr. I would write it like it is supposed to look except the site doesn't allow me to post urls yet because I haven't made 5 posts yet.

My contract is up in january, I wrote the ceo about a free upgrade to the dvr....we'll see if it works. A no will result in this long time $130 a month customer going to direct come january

They claimed $100 out of pocket to upgrade to a dvr was fair. Lets hope Direct comes through with their promise of all that hdtv, cause Im there come january if they do. Hell, Ill go cable before I pay a dime for equipment
