Date for the new HD channels
We are supposed to be getting StarzHD, HGTVHD, NFLHD, National Geographic HD. Does anyone have any idea when these new channels will be online?

Someone suggested sometime after the Charlie Chat. That way, they have something to talk about. When is the charlie chat?

I have seen this term "Charlie Chat" alot on here and wonder
what is it. (Dish honcho deciding when to give us something)?

Charles Ergen (sp) is the CEO of Echostar the parent company of DishNetwork. He has a 1 hour "chat" monthly (almost) on channel 101. There is also a technical chat on months "Charlie Chat" is not on.
I heard someone say a birdie (over at Satguys) told him the new HD channels were to be turned on TODAY! (NOT holding my breath).

Several times, new channels have been turned on the day before or on the start day of a trade show. One starts Wed, so the date of today was hoped to be day to see something.

Just read on another forum that the new channels will be turned on TODAY 6-8-06.
