Contract expired in June 2012. Been wanting to add tv service in both kids rooms. I've called dish 3 times and been told 3 different prices and setups. I currently have the VIP222K in the family room(HD) and using it also to get service in the master bedroom(SD). Have the free HD Top 200 package. Any idea from somepne how i would be best off to get this set up the best and cheapest way?. Thanks

Too little information.
How many are HDTVs? Do you want DVR service on any/some/all? If they are all 4 HDTVs, then the Hopper/Joey setup would be the way to go and then you have to decide how may you want to be able to use simultaneously. If you want all 4 to be usable plus ability to record, then you want 2 Hoppers and 2 Joeys. First Hopper+Joeys may be free, second hopper probably $100, monthly you are looking at $10 DVR fee + $21 in receiver fees + your package cost. If you only need TV service to the extra 2 TVs, then you could add a 322 SD receiver for $14/month or another 222 for the same monthly cost, installation $???. Those are the two ends of the continuum of what Dish might be able to install to suit your needs. So it is not unusual for you to get 3 or more different answers when your question is vague. If you want hard numbers you must give the CSR a list of EXACTLY what you want installed, not just say "add 2 TVs".

Best to PM a DIRT member here. They are Dish employee's and have more authority than normal csr's.

DIRT, it stands for Dish Internet Response Team. Their user name will show (person's name)@DIRT. I currently couldn't find any online, but they monitor this site so you can periodically look for one or they may try to contact you.
