bandwidth - bullshit! others have stated there's room for 15 more HD channels.
Which means they are probably doing something right??? And 15 more HD channels will still mean they are missing 40+ from your list. Yes, it will cost them money, which will be passed on to the subs, to add more channels.

I wouldn't know since I never watch them and don't have them listed in the guide. So I can care less how may infomercial channels they offer.

yeah spending 4 billion on NFLST, a package that's only on for 6 hours a day, 17 days a year, instead of premiums which are on 24/7/365. WTF? Why can't they be the HD movie leader too? SERIOUSLY I REALLY WANT TO KNOW! AND PAY PER VIEW DOES NOT COUNT!

That is one nice thing about having several providers whom all have some unique qualities that separate them from their competition. If one wants a lot of movies in HD, then Dish or another provider may be better. If one wants a lot of sports in HD, then Direct may be better. It would be nice to have it all. That is usually not the case in all aspect of life.

They chose another niche, and it has worked so far. Most of what is carried has to do with contractual arrangements, bandwidth, and profiting.
