UPDATE....I just called home and my family member said that 275 said You must subscribe to this channel.I did the refresh online at the directv website and I just called home again and channel 275 is ON Thanks again.I really mean it !!!

I worried that if I refresh my account I may lose a deal that customer service gave me. I got my DVR service free for 6 months because of issues I've been having with my service and box. Thats $12 a month since I have two. Will this mess everything up?

I'm no expert but the refresh sends down the command to the box what features/service to activate. Billing is a whole separate thing.

With what package does 275 come? I refreshed my services and it still is not available on my guide, 275 is grayed out.

It is part of that $5.00 a month HD extra pack that includes MGM HD, etc. If you get the MGM channel, you should have the CI.

You can do what I did, just call D*. Took about 10 minutes and it was fixed. If you do call make sure they update all of the HD receivers you might have. If you have more than one and they just fix your main receiver, your other HD receivers will still not be working.
