I also love the option to hide all the SD channels(i think this is new) I do have a question, what if I want to watch an SD channel instead of the HD version?
The date/time feature on the guide has been around for awhile. If you use the "Hide SD duplicates" feature, there is no way to go to an SD channel that has a matching HD channel. You would need to turn off this feature and setup a favorites list which contained both SD and HD channels.

I never had seen that before & i am always searching around to see what is going on. But I know you know your stuff Mcbeevee & I am sure your right. Maybe the new update made it easier for me to find????? Oh well, glad I found it.

That is one of those features that has been around since the HR20 began, but many people still don't know about it. I had been using my HR20 for about 6 months before I noticed it! Most people probably don't think about pressing the Menu button after the Guide is displayed.

Where do I go to get to the "keyword search" on my HR20-100? Just got the upgrade early this morning and trying to set for "30skip". I can usually navigate through the HR20 menus but must be missing something this time.

Thanks

Press the Menu button, select "Search for Shows", select "Keyword", then use the grid to spell out "30SKIP", then select Continue. After nothing is found, 30skip is activated.
