HR20 100 Vs. HR20 700
I have both of the HD20 100 series and the HR20 700 series, what technically is the difference?
I noticed on the HR20 700 unit there is a vent grille on top of unit and there is just plain metal on the top of the HR20 100 and the HR20 700 produces a bunch of heat. Why? Must be more power, but why? |

I think they are the same unit produced by different manufacturers.

700: came out first, internal RF antenna, vents on top, generally runs hotter.
100: external RF antenna, coaxial audio output, vents on back, generally runs cooler. Each is produced by a different manufacturer.
