I think some of your numbers are mismatched.
247=tbs, not tnt, 362=twc, not smith, 518=Starz kids, not tbs, etc.

I know it's not a big deal anymore with the new channels up, but why the 3 HD HBO & 3 HD Showtimes of the same exact channel? Just a complete head scratcher to me. D* since 1996 and never ever gonna change (especially now).

Reset Your Directv Receiver And Let It Reboot
When you reset your DTV receiver and let it reboot...afterwards go to channel 541 or 77 and see what new HD channels are on the particular channel's listed.

The new HD channels showed up on all of my HR20's without rebooting.
