HR-20 Remote Codes for Sony Stereos

Hi Guys,
Problem. I need to program my HR-20 Remote, so that when I use the volume button, it will control my Sony Home Theatre system, STRBK9900P. Unfortunately, when you try to program AV1 on the remote, a page comes up which mentions there are 15 Sony codes. Then, it only gives you the first 4.

Does anybody have the list of all possible 15 Sony codes? I'm stuck in the water.

These codes (and a few more) are listed in the RC64R.pdf file that is the user manual for that remote.It can be downloaded from the DirecTV site.
Go to Customer Service, System Manuals, Remote Controls.

I also was perturbed that the codes were listed on the screen, but there was no way to scroll to see them all.
My Sony Home Theater combo DVD is the DAVFR1. I had to use the search function with the remote, and finally figured out that the correct code was 30168.
